Do I email you the drawings?

No. Sign up, then upload in the app. We do not take drawing sets by email. If a file is missing, add it on the same estimate screen in Polaris Estimations.

What does under 4,000 sq. ft. mean?

$249 plus HST applies when the project is under 4,000 square feet. After you upload the drawings, the payment page opens for that amount.

What is included?

A construction estimate prepared from your drawings. The project details and files stay on the request. Under 4,000 sq. ft. is $249 plus HST. Over 4,000 sq. ft. is priced individually.

Do I need an account?

Yes. This offer runs inside Polaris Estimations. Create an account, then open the estimate screen. Existing users can go straight there after sign-in.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Up to three revisions are included so you can adjust scope, quantities, or assumptions after reviewing the first deliverable.

What happens if my project is over 4,000 sq. ft.?

The project is priced individually. You receive an email with the price and a button to pay.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, DWG, or DXF — the same types the estimate screen accepts in the app. Do not email the set.
